Third-party manufacturing means a licensed manufacturer makes medicines for your company, packed under your brand name. You focus on marketing and sales; the manufacturer handles production, packing and quality checks. On the pack, your company is shown as the marketer and the plant is shown as the manufacturer.
Here is how it works with Alrightmed.
1. Share your requirement
Send us the products you want: the molecule or composition, strength, dosage form (tablet, capsule, syrup, softgel or sachet), pack style and the quantity you plan to order. If you are not sure about a composition, tell us the therapeutic area and we will suggest options.
2. Quotation and order
Our team checks each product and sends a quotation with rates, minimum order quantity and timelines. Our MOQ is 200 boxes for tablets and 1,000 pieces for syrups and sachets; for capsules and softgels it is shared with your quotation. When you confirm, you pay 35% in advance to place the order.
3. Brand name, artwork and packaging
You share your brand name and artwork, or our team helps you prepare it. Every carton, label and foil design is sent to you for approval. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
4. Manufacturing
Your batch is produced at our plant in Jharmajri, Baddi, on the agreed schedule.
5. Quality testing
Raw materials are checked before use and the finished batch is tested by our quality control team before it is released.
6. Dispatch
Finished, packed stock is dispatched to your location along with the batch documents.
What you do not need
You do not need to build a factory, buy machines or hire a production team. That is what makes third-party manufacturing a practical way to start or grow a pharma brand.
Please note: Alrightmed does third-party manufacturing only. We do not offer PCD franchise.
